Franz Kline and the Immorality of Art Education

Wayne Thiebaud visited Franz Klein's studio back in the 1950's.

"The only insult I ever heard him utter," Thiebaud said, "was when I told him I was teaching and he said, 'How can you do that? That's an immoral act.'
